Canterbury City Council - Draft Housing Revenue Account Business Plan.

Canterbury City Council would like to hear your views on its new Housing Revenue Account Business Plan. The plan balances the council's desire to build new homes while ensuring existing properties are safe, well managed and well maintained. It also looks at how council housing will be paid for and who should be eligible for it.

Have you experienced stereotyping in social housing?

The See the Person campaign - a tenant led campaign to end negative stereotypes about people living in social housing. The campaign is working with a range of housing organisations across the country and is not directly run by East Kent Housing

The results of the survey will be collated and shared anonymously with politicians, civil servants and others who need to know more about this important issue.

Thanet District Council - Housing Allocations Policy.

All local authorities are required to publish a Housing Allocations Policy. Thanet District Council have recently undertaken a review of their policy and want to hear your views.

The Governments Social Housing Green Paper - A new deal for social housing.

We would like residents to take this opportunity to take part in the Government's consultation.

The Green Paper ‘A New Deal For Social Housing’ sets out the Government’s vision for the future of social housing and the relationship between residents and landlords.
