Informal meetings– Officers will not attend
these meetings, apart from the Tenant Participation Officer who
will attend in an advisory capacity. Members can discuss
agenda items for the Formal meetings and receive updates for
members who represent the Area Board at other meetings for e.g.
Repair Group. Sevtap will record the minutes of these meetings and
forward to the Tenant Participation Officer for distribution.
Formal meetings – EKH
Officers, Thanet District Council Representatives and an EKH Main
Board Representative will attend these meetings. Officers will work
with the Area Board Chair to finalise the agenda for these
meetings. The Tenant Participation Officer will record the
minutes of these meetings.
