Rent increases
Rent charges are reviewed each year under Government
guidance.
Your rent increases every year in April, and we will always
write to you to let you know the new amount to pay. If you are
getting Housing Benefit, Thanet District Council will
send a separate letter telling you of your Benefit entitlement.
