What are estate inspections?
Estate inspections give you
the chance to work with your local housing officer
to identify any changes that need to be made around your
area.
Before an inspection takes place, we
will also invite parties relevant to the area we are inspecting,
including:
When do they take place?
We inspect all of our estates at least
once a year. We make sure that we inspect our
estates three months later each year so that we have a
good idea of what they look like at different times.
To keep residents informed after each
inspection, we have just launched our new Post Inspection
Newsletters, and are currently working on cards that we can put
through residents' letterboxes in place of the more formal letters
we used to send.
