For many years we have worked alongside local people who share our desire to improve the area that they live in and the services they receive.  This is at the very heart of what tenant participation is all about.  Find out more...

We offer many ways for you to get involved in Dover and have your say in how your home and neighbourhood are managed.  Some may take only a few minutes of your time whilst others may take more – it’s up to you how much time you can spare. Below are some ideas.

• Contact us and let us know what you think about our services

• Take part in our online survey 

In your neighbourhood...

• Meet your Housing Officer at your local Housing Surgeries
• Find out about your local tenant representatives
• Attend an Area Tenant Group meeting near you - View Tenant Group dates
• Go on a Neighbourhood Walkabout with your Housing Officer - View Walkabout dates

In Dover and beyond...

• Contact the Dover Area Board or attend one of their meetings
• Join the communications group
• Attend a meeting of the East Kent Housing Board
