How to report a repair
East Kent Housing is responsible for keeping all its
tenants' homes in good condition and Mears provide your local
repairs service.
Report a Household general repair:
- For household repairs call Mears on
0800 0234 320. This is a freephone number.
Please note calls to 0800 numbers are only free from a landline.
Calls from mobiles may be charged by your network provider.
- It may be cheaper to call Mears on
01843 282 104 from your mobile. (This is a call
centre number for Mears)
- Using the freephone in one of the Council's area offices
- Telling your Area Maintenance Surveyor or Housing Officer
Report a central heating or gas repair:
Swale Heating carry out our gas servicing and
maintenance.
Please call Swale Heating FREEPHONE on 0800 731 1886 or
01795 410181.
