Talk Housing
Talk
Housing is a new way for you to share your ideas and views about
how we can improve the services we provide for you. It's your
chance to get involved.
Becoming a member
To become a member, simply fill in our
online form, or print out the form and return it to us at:
Tenant Participation
Team, Canterbury City Council, Freepost CU41, Military
Road, Canterbury, CT1 1YW.
Alternatively, you can
telephone our Tenant Participation Team, Denise Kennett
and Graham Tidmarsh, on 01227 862106 or email
them at housing.services@canterbury.gov.uk.
If you need the form in a different
format, such as in large print or Braille, please contact us using
the above details and we will send it to you.
What happens next
We will write to you to confirm that
you have been added to the group, and will then contact you in a
way that you have said suits you. Each time you reply to one
of our surveys or consultation exercises we will add you to our
free £25 prize draw (terms and conditions apply).
Other ways of getting involved
We use the Talk Housing group database
for most of our work - for example, you will be the first to know
when we are setting up a new group, such as groups to improve
particular services or to see what you think about publications
we're preparing.
However, there are other ways of
getting involved. Visit the Tenant Participation homepage for further
options.

Board.
