Get involved in a way that suits
you

up to Talk Housing and influence how we do things
We continue to improve and expand our
customer involvement, offering a wide range of opportunities for
you to get involved, at a level and pace to suit you.
Some people prefer to get involved
from home (for example, being sent things in the post or by email),
whereas others like to come to meetings and speak to other tenants
and staff. However you'd like to be involved, we can cater
for your needs.

We keep a database of all the tenants
and leaseholders who have told us how they want to be
involved. We call this 'Talk Housing.'
If you would rather speak to somebody
in person about how you could get involved, telephone Graham or
Denise on 01227 862106.
Opportunities for involvement
Using the information you give us, we
can offer you the types of opportunities you've said would suit
you. For example, we run focus groups
throughout the year. These groups are made up from people who
have said they'd be happy to attend occasional meetings. This
year these are:
- Performance review
- Anti-social behaviour (serious cases)
- Planned maintenance
- Responsive repairs contract
We also run four special interest
forums:
Not interested in
meetings? That's fine! You could just fill in
a survey occasionally or read one of our newsletters.
Whatever you want to do, we'd love to hear from you.
You can view our Tenant Participation homepage for further
information about all the options.
