East Kent Housing has taken over
management of all housing management functions, including those

Housing Management
Includes: repairs and
maintenance, major works, long term agreements, consultation,
nuisance and harassment, and getting involved.
Finance
Includes: service
charges, ground rent, insurance, invoices, non-payment of charges,
and disputing charges.
Leaseholder Rights and
Responsibilities
Includes: making
alterations to your property, letting your property, extending your
lease, buying your property, selling your property, and our rights
and responsibilities as freeholder.
