How to report a repair
If you have a council house repair to
report in Canterbury please:

When requesting a repair, please give
as much information as possible to help prioritise the work
correctly and get somebody out to you as quickly as possible. If
you have any specific access arrangements please be sure to mention
these.
Please check your tenancy agreement to

What repairs can Mears do?
Mears are responsible for:

Voids (bringing properties that tenants have moved out of up to
a good standard before new tenants move in)
Minor aids and adaptations (following a referral from an
Occupational Therapist)
