To start with, having East Kent Housing managing your council housing services will not change or affect the services you receive from your local housing team. However our aim is to make improvements that you will benefit from in the future.

In the meantime, the only change is the ‘management’ of your services from being managed by the council to now being run by East Kent Housing. The contact details for your usual council housing services have not changed and you can still contact them in the usual way.
