Wednesday 29 June in Dymchurch Village Hall

You can see the agenda of what was discussed, or read the minutes.

We asked Betty, a member of the East Kent Housing Communications Group, what she thought of the meeting.

Betty said: “Shepway's first Area Board meeting was held on 29 June in the Village Hall, Dymchurch.  After a warm welcome and introductions the meeting got going.  The Terms of Reference were gone through followed by an explanation of the reason for the meeting and what sort of things the Area

Board would be expected to be doing in the future.   Tenant members asked a lot of questions and explanations were given.  It looks as if the members are going to be kept very busy in the coming months.”
