Working for East Kent Housing

We manage, maintain and improve the council housing of Canterbury, Dover, Shepway and Thanet Councils.  We were set up in April 2011 as the first multiple council arms’ length management organisation and we look after over 17,000 homes across East Kent. 

Dubbed as the ‘Super-ALMO’ we are responsible for looking after council estates, managing improvements to tenants’ homes, collecting rent, re-letting empty properties, landlord services and running sheltered housing schemes.
